Paper applications can be picked up in person on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 9 AM to 12 PM at our office. You may also apply online. Preference points are given based on elderly status, employment duration, Florence residency, disability, or veteran status.
Applicant Portal
If you are a new applicant, you can register for, and access, the Applicant Portal after you have submitted your application online. If you are an existing waiting list applicant, you will receive an email from us with your code and instructions for logging into the Applicant Portal. To request your code, please contact our office.
Property Information
We manage 50 apartments located at 620 West Third St., Florence NJ, 08518. All units are apartments. Currently, 46 apartments are occupied, and we maintain a waiting list for all unit sizes.
